Windows 10: Screen orientation shortcut in Windows -- a solution

Hi there,I've been struggling to figure out why the "CTRL + ALT + Arrow key" shortcut stopped working on my computer. Several posts to this community seem to confirm that this is related to the video driver, and it's no longer a supported feature of Windows. Given that the only other option is to dig around in settings this seems like a misguided decision, but no matter. I did find a solution. Hi,

There's an option on Windows 10 to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. We recommend following these steps on how to switch the screen orientation from portrait to landscape:

• On Cortana search, type display settings.
• Choose Display settings from the list.
• Under Orientation, select on Landscape and click
  Apply.

There are shortcut keys that can be used to rotate your desktop view. One of those is
CTRL + ALT + Up arrow key. To set the desktop to its normal view, please follow the steps below:

• Right click on your desktop and select Display
  settings.
• Highlight the screen you want to change (if you have multiple monitors) and change
  Orientation between Landscape and Portrait.
• To flip the screen, select Landscape (flipped) or
  Portrait (flipped).

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
