Windows 10: Screen is stuck after i enter the bitlocker recovery key

My laptop showed the Bitlocker Recovery page at first, I found it and entered it the first time and it worked but then now it keeps showing bitlocker recovery key page and when I enter it, the screen gets stuck in the opening page and when i restart and try the esc for more recovery options the screen gets stuck in preparing Bitlocker recovery and in the begenning as soon as I start the device it shows % memory tested Ok press del to escape memory test what do I do?

@rinconmike For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'. Another option is to use software.

Enter Bitlocker Recovery Key page at boot

Hi,

Yesterday my laptop got a Windows update and on rebooting, it's stuck at "Enter Bitlocker Recovery Key" page. I never set up the key. It says "there has been a change in secure boot" and hence you need to enter the recovery key. But when I setup my laptop
for the first time, I never setup any bitlocker key. Also, the device is not shown in any of microsoft accounts. How do I find the recovery key?
