Windows 10: screen has lines through it then goes black

I built this computer a few months ago for a friend. It worked fine for a couple of weeks, but then this issue occurred while he was using it with Windows 11. Eventually, the screen would just go black every time this happened, and it would occur anytime it went out of the BIOS.I am now attempting to perform a fresh installation of Windows 10 on it because nothing in the BIOS has resolved the issue. The screen works perfectly fine in the BIOS, but as soon as I try to boot into the Windows installer from a USB stick, it exhibits the behavior shown in the picture. The aspect ratio is not alway

I also see that you are facing issues with the keyboard this might be due to the corruption of keyboard drivers. I suggest you to run the
