Windows 10: Screen Going Black When a Window Is Open

At work, I've got a laptop connected to dual monitors, using just the two monitors. The laptop screen is mirrored if I were to open it, and the other two are identical monitors that are extended. The right monitor works just fine if literally nothing is open on it, but the second I slide a window of any kind file explorer, Adobe Acrobat, etc. the screen flashes black for 2+ seconds periodically and will not stop until the window gets moved back to the main screen. Of course, this makes the second screen essentially useless. All the drivers are up to date, the connection is solid.... Any othe

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
