Windows 10: SCOM 2019 Report

hello Guys,I have been facing an issue, I have a client request where they are asking for a complete report about specific servers where we should include the following details:1 Server name2 Management pack 3 Monitoring and rules 4 Monitoring target5 Thresholds and alertsthere's a possible way to make this report using just Powershell?, I have tried it but it is a complete mess. the old SCOM administrator doesn't had a good naming convention established, and this is creating an extra level of complexity. For now, I'm not able to establish a key parameter where scripting can retrieve all

SCOM 2019 rollup 2 msp downloads (KB4558752)

Hi,

I am looking to update our SCOM from SCOM 2019 to SCOM 2019 rollup 2. But I cannot find the source msp files on the Microsoft catalog (KB4558752).
I found the single file management server update but I also need the files to update the gateway, consoles, etc...

Was this update retracted? Or is this just an error on the catalog?

SCOM & Agent Update

Hi.. we are in the midst of preparing to update SCOM and it's agents. the scom version installed is 7.1.10226.0 without any roll up. As of the SCOM agent's version is 7.1.10184.0 and the servers are running on Windows Server 2012 R2. The Virtual Machine
Manager (VMM) version is 3.2.8145.0. Since this is the first time for the update and we are not experienced in it, i need assistance on step by step instruction for the update and also would like to know the dependencies and risks involved. Thanks

 

Scom DHCP super Scope monitoring

Hi All,

In SCOM we have configured our DHCP server for alert monitoring.

We have dhcp super scope available in our DHCP server. Like one SuperScope contains two scopes (scope1&scope2).

Issue is this when scope1 got full utilized like 100% scom send a alert, but there is no issue is production because clients are now taking ips from scope 2.

So suggest how we can restrict SCOM to send mail for scope 1 in this scenario.

Scom is installed on Windows server 2012 server.

Any suggestions.
