Windows 10: Scanning and repairing drive c

My pc was stuck on a scanning and repairing drive C loop for 2 days i just left it to do its thing, I’m assuming it had finally finished doing that as it’s been stuck on a loading screen displaying the manufacturer logo and a spinning stripe dots on other systems should i leave it of just restart pc All of this occurred after i had done a factory reset as it was a pc i used for college but wanted to clear it up to suit me for work
