Windows 10: Save files concurrently to One Drive and hard drive

I have a three-year old PC that is working perfectly. When I save a document, it saves to the folder I designate on my hard drive and simultaneously is saved into OneDrive. I purchased a new PC and I used a wormhole to transfer all of the documents from my existing PC to the new PC. All of those documents were saved in mirror folders in OneDrive, but nothing on the hard drive of the new laptop. This is a 2 step process in question. First, on the new PC, I would like to transfer everything in OneDrive to mirror

You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)

Yes, you may format the external hard drive. Follow the below steps.

  Connect the external hard drive to Windows 10 computer.
  
• 
  Press Windows + E keys on the keyboard to the keyboard to open the file explorer.
  
• 
  Locate the external hard drive on left navigation pane in File explorer.
  
• 
  Right click on the external hard drive and click on
  Format.
  
• 
  Click Start and follow on screen instructions to format the hard drive.
