nokia lumia 720 headphone circuit and nokia care cantre

I have a nokia lumia 720 .

but in my phone head phone circuit problem in a 2nd month but they can swap my phone but my phone is returned in a 22days my two months warranty was goes

but in swap phone is same problem in one month but the nokia care centre in sangrur Punjab is called physical damage but we can called you can pay 1350rs change the back cover but i can also pay 450 rs to repair my phone.

i can call to the head office of nokia care they are called pay rs. Yhe kya baat hui aab phone to warranty main hai they are not listening me

i bought a nokia c5 mobile fone in feb 2012. after 6 months its charging port got damaged. when i showed it to nokia care in my district in sangrur (punjab) , they repaired it out of warrantee and took 1000 rupees. after this in december 2012 its display
got damaged. this time people at this care centre were not able to make out what actually went wrong with the fone. they said that a new display will cost me 1600 rupees (again out of warrantee). they kept my fone for two days and after two days they said
that the fone cant be repaired. then i took my fone to a nokia care centre at chandigarh. they said that TWO IC's have been taken out from the mobile by someone and now the fone is a mere garbage !!!!

moreover folks at chd centre told me that the earlier repair of the charging port is not present anywhere in the records of nokia.

i am totally disappointed with this dishonesty of nokia

and i will not think twice before going to consumer forum
