Windows 10: Samsung windows10 inloop

Help! Laptop is Samsung windows 10, and it keeps turning off n on, like it's not even showing the input password with the time and changing pictures. It only shows the logo samsung and I can do the F2 and F4 thing BIOS? Was it? And that's about it. When I turn it on it shows the logo then off again then on shows the logo then off, in loop. Doesn't even show the revolving dots, just the logo with the F2 and F4 indication below.

I was struggling with this over the past week when I finally upgraded and wanted to pass along how I fixed the problem. I found this PDF on the Samsung site and downloaded the Samsung SW Update listed in step 3.

Once I installed that all the functionality of my function keys returned. Hope this helps some sad late adopted like me.

To troubleshoot your issue, we suggest doing these following troubleshooting methods:

Method 1

• Turn off your PC.
• Press and hold Shift then turn on your PC.
• Wait for the setup (set up fixes the problem automatically).

Method 2

• Create a media creation tool by following the steps in this
  link.
• Select your preferred installation option and wait for the process to finish.
