Windows 10: Samsung USB Type-C AKG earphones does not work with my Windows 11 Laptop

Hi. I am using Zenbook Pro 16X OLED laptop and when I plug my Samsung AKG USB C earphones it detects my earphones only as input device microphone but not as output device. I also had Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H and my earphones worked on Legion 5 laptop flawlesly. It works on my smartphone too. But not on my current laptop.P.S. I have searched in web and found same problem on different users. All of them say that "Windows detects USB C earphone only as a microphone!"

I had same problem with Samsung USB C earphones. Go to device manager expand Sound, video and game controllers,

right click Intel smart sound technology for USB Audio and click properties. There on the drivers tab click to roll back driver and choose an option. I chose this driver dont work on some apps.

Now my akg samsung earphones work again!

Hello. I have the same problem with a Lenovo L14 Thinkpad laptop. I just bought new Samsung AKG usb-c headphones and they are only recognized by Windows 11 as input (microphone). Tried a bunch of things, including updating the BIOS), but nothing seems to be working...
