Windows 10: Samsung Galaxy Bookpro 360 NP930QDB-KD2US webcam drivers missing

HEllo everyone. Recently I tried to use the webcam on my Samsung Galaxy Bookpro 360 NP930QDB-KD2US, and found that the camera does not work. Windows' camera app itself does not recognize any camera and a look through device manager reveals that there is no camera there. Under other devices I found the following:BTIS SAMSUNGDEVICESPPSERVICE3SPPSERVICE4.I tried calling Samsung and looking for drivers on their website, but their site has none for this laptop and I cannot find any site on the web that has drivers. Nokia Play 360 speaker + Samsung Galaxy S3 (No volume) (No NFC connectivity)

The Nokia Play 360 speaker and my old phone (Samsung Galaxy S1 - Sprint) worked fine. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S3 and it connects via Bluetooth but there is no sound. I have searched the web and found others with the same phone does not pair with
the Nokia Play 360 Speaker.

On a secondary note the NFC is not recognized when touched. Is this a proprietary thing on the Nokia or Samsung side?

Is there a way to get drivers for sound and/or NFC connectivity?

Does the aptX for Bluetooth on the Galaxy S3 have anything to do with to lack of volume?
