Windows 10: Samsung Easy Document Creator doesn't work

Discus and support Samsung Easy Document Creator doesn't work in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Recently Samsung Easy Document Creator stopped working in Win10.     Samsung Easy Document Creator doesn't work


    Recently Samsung Easy Document Creator stopped working in Win10. I can open the app, and it detects the printer ProXress M3870W but it doesn't scan. All I see is a blue circ;le searching for the scanner. I have all the drivers and apps intalled. It prints ok. It used to scan correctly, and only recently I have gotten this problem. I've tried all the solutions posted online, but nothing seems to work.

    But after a new try Samsung Easy Document Creator is now working well with CLX 3185FW
