    I have the very same problem as the person in this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/microsoft-365-family-safety-something-isnt-working/da7f4370-b7b1-444d-b0a7-724ffbdbdd5f And no mater what I just get the same Ice Cream Images as his, if I try to see my kid web and search history, if I try to limit a game or app time, etc. I even upgraded my kids computer from Windows 10 to 11 to see if it fixes the issue but nothing, I went and talked to tech support with someone name "CHAIREL JR. Microsoft Support " but the call drop after hours of talking to him. No one see

  2. Family Safety unlinking device doesn' t work

    When I was just browsing trough the internet, I accidentally connected my laptop to my microsoft account. (I use 2 laptops and this one isn' t supposed to be connected to my account)

    I have tried to search up ways to undo this, with no succes. It still shows up in my Microsoft Family Safety devices-list. I don' t know how to fix this.

    It would be grately appreciated if someone could show me a way to do this.

    Before we proceed, we require more information to assist you better.

    • Which web browser are you using?
    • Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
      http://familysafety.live.com?


    I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



    If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

    How do I remove Family Safety?

    Now, setup Family Safety.

    After creating the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, login using the parent account and then manage your child's restrictions and monitoring options.

    Printer isn´t working after latest update.

    After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
    3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
