Windows 10: Runtime Error "Program: C:\Program Filesx86\Netgear\WNDA3100\WNDA3100.exe"

Please contact the application's support team for more information."The above popup appears every time I start my PC and I don't know how to get rid of it. I have a Windows 10. Can anyone help resolve this issue?

metgear wireless addapter wnda3100

I loaded disc for the new WNDA3100 adapter which worked the entire day. The next day my upgraded windows 10 computer would not wake up to the monitor. I am unable to see/use my computer. The computer will start but it does not talk to monitor and new
adapter does not work either. Bought another adapter and thought I could launch the CPU but it sits with one nonblinking blue light (dim). Can't try to fix if I cannot see it! Any suggestions?

Hello. I've been trying to update my Nvidia drivers and I haven't had this problem until now (been using Windows 10 for about a month or two with many past driver updates not giving me any problems) and I keep getting this error. One solution was to do a registry cleaner, and I did that, but still got the error. Help? I don't really understand now.
