Windows 10: Running Windows 10 and Windows 11 on the same laptop using 2 different drives

My laptop is currently running Windows 10 pro and meets the requirements to run Windows 11. Can I do the following:-Remove my laptops C ssd with 10 on it. Replace it with a new ssd. Download a fresh copy of Windows 10 to the new ssd using the Media Creation tool on a USB memory stick. When 10 is installed on the new drive, upgrade it to Windows 11.Then remove the new drive from the laptop with 11 on it, and put back into the laptop the original drive that has Windows 10. I would then like to run the new drive from an external enclosure, so I could run Windows 10 or Windows 11 on the same devic

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
