Windows 10: Running backup successfully with win11

Downloaded win11 into my hp desktop and am having problems running backup. Computer message backup failed with error 0x80070002 and today, 0x8100002F. Never had any problem running backup with win10. If I run backup in Norton, no problem. I tried running the win app that was downloaded with win11. It ran for 24 and never completed seemed to hang on Folders.

'Windows Backup did not complete successfully'

I plug in my external drive (2 terabytes so lots of space), and run backup and I get the message
' Backup did not complete successfully',

On windows 10 v1903.

Any suggestions?

 

will this pc run win11

thanks that amd processor came from the listing it may be incorrect as suggested here. i do not want win11 but in a few years we all may not have much choice. so because i'm looking for the all in one type pc because for one i do not have space for a tower and where we use them we have space for laptops but the screen size is starting to be just to small. old age eyes if you know what i mean. we both now have to use the enlargement with ctrl and the scroll wheel to make text larger. so because i could not find that processor i asked here just in case i missed it as well, it kind of sounds like it is not there and so these pcs are not ready to run win11 if that happens to be the next OS requirement. thanks
