    RunDLL Problem starting C:\Users\user\cnmss module not found.

    Hi,

    With regard to your query, we suggest that you download the troubleshooter on this link: live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe. Save it to your desktop, and run it as administrator. After running it as administrator, look for the cnmss if it's listed and uncheck
    the file.

    Let us know the result.

    I am wanting to uninstall an old unused Simply Accounting program from a DELL XPS 12 running Windows 10.

    This message comes up:

    I ran this and have a page full of pink and sick green colors that I don't know have idea how to handle? It didn't anything looking for the cnmss module that the message says is missing. I reinstalled my canon printer MX870 but I still can't get my envelopes
    to the printer.
