Windows 10: Roblox not responding from AppHangB1 error

i recently reset my pc and downloaded roblox and bloxstrap, whenever im playing roblox the game can just say not responding with no lag whatsoever. heres the error, i also tried reinstalling roblox and it did nothing.https://pastebin.com/eyqELKwhbesides AppHangB1 error theres also LiveKernelEvent error but i cant access the file it says i need ownership which i already tried to change and it didnt work. if anyone could help me with telling me to download the microsoft store version or deleting bloxstrap i would appreciate it.

the Quake Champions game keeps crashing. I encountered AppHangB1 error and tried to fix it. I have taken some troubleshooting steps already, such as updated drives,
re-installed the game, made SFC Scan, checked the disk, made memory diagnostic test. Nothing’s helped.
