Windows 10: roblox keeps crashing due to incompatible software

it says Roblox crashed because of incompatible softwareevice\HarddiskVolumeS Program Files ×86\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\x64\rooksbas_x64.dilim unable to delete it and i have tried to restart my computer

Just randomly started today it pulls up roblox then says

Roblox crashed because of incompatible software:

C/WINDOWS/Windows32/DriverStore/FileRepository/gameflt.inf_amd64_25b1fe3637126834

Does anyone know how i can fix it im using the roblox player not the Microsoft store version
