Windows 10: Roblox freezing/crashing my pc without error message

Hey thereI am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue that I have been experiencing when opening Roblox.Recently Roblox freezes just after i open it, i tried reinstailling roblox ,refreshing and updating the graphics card,but it didnt work.And from freezing i mean it freezes the whole system , it stops the whole processes going on including trying to shut down so i had shut down using the power button. unfortunately i couldnt include a video or screenshot.i would be grateful if you could help me find a solution. thank you

Roblox crashing w/out error message?

Roblox crashes upon starting up a game (via webpage). Same issue with the Roblox desktop app, however with this it's just when I open the app, not when I start a game. My account works on other devices, so it's not account-side. All of the solutions I've tried are listed below. I feel like I've done everything feasible, and I'm at a dead end. No error message appears post-crash as shown in the video.

What I've tried:

• Clearing the cache.
  
• Restarting my computer.
  
• Running Roblox as an administrator.
  
• Un-installing and re-installing Roblox.
  
• Ensured firewall/anti-malware services were not the cause.

When ever playing Roblox, Game crashes/Freezes then the computer screen turns black and I can only manually turn it off.
