Windows 10: Right Click Panel Becomes Completely Transparent

This issue occurred recently when I right-clicked an item in File Explorer, and the Options panel opened and then turned completely transparent. When I right-click the file again, the transparency goes away. Although, it consistently turns transparent on each different file I right-click.What it looks like Shouldn't Look Like this: \/What It Looks Like the second time Should Always look like this: \/ This is especially annoying when I right-click something with a white background behind it because I can't read the text. My onscreen keyboard is transparent or completely white Windows 10

When I touch the keyboard on the taskbar, I can see the outline of the keyboard, but the keyboard is completely white. I've tried turning off transparency effects for Wincows. I tried to blindly click where I think the x to close would be. I started the
task manager but it is not listed so that I "end" it.

It is really annoying when I click a site that normally brings up the keyboard, it brings us this transparent box that I can move around the screen but can't change to get back to normal.

Any suggestions?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
