Windows 10: Resume w/ Remote Desktop Windows Stuck/ Not Responding Windows 11 Update 22H2

Hi there, I recently upgraded to Windows 11 22H2 from Windows 10, I thought it's been a year since it was released so expected less bugs but I'm having this extremely frustrating issues whenever I use remote desktop on my mac into the Windows 11 machine, I did this all the time with Win 10, but now I'm getting windows that stall out whenever I start a session or when I go back to my desktop after an RDP session, any apps I had open are unresponsive and their windows seem to hang, I believe it has something to do with resizing because the desktop is an ultrawide and the original window size is

Also a home user who accesses Remote Apps.

Ever since I updated to Windows 11 22H2 it would get stuck on Configuring Remote Session and I could only close it via Task Manager. I had no clue on what to do especially since Remote Apps were working on my other devices.

Windows 11 update 22H2 stuck on downloading 99%/100%

Hey there, Today morning I received update notification about Windows 11 22H2 update as Insider Preview,

I clicked on download and install, it started downloading update, it got stuck on 99%,
Still 1 hour after it was showing 99% and consuming data (I guess still downloading).
I tried clicking 'pause for 1 week' and again clicking on 'resume' it got stuck 100%.
then I tried to Clean the downloaded update by using Disk Cleanup utility,

Again after starting update from 0, It is now 2nd time still stuck on 99% (I confirmed no network connection Disruptions this time)
can you guys suggest any solutions for this?
