Windows 10: restore win11 key after i reset this pc. windows 11 reset tool.

i did the reset this pc from windows tools. and now it wont activate windows again. what do i do?i did try using microsoft account to verify. but im starting to think i had an local account on my pc. can you assist me ? about what i do here.
