Windows 10: RESOLUTION QUI CHANGE

j'ai un windows 11 23H2 au2/11 2sur mon nouveau portable ACEMAGIC AX15 intel n95 1.70 6h2 ram 16.g2. j'ai un gros problème j'ai installé HEREDIS 2024 et quand je l'ouvre la résolution change de 1920*1080 passe 640*480, donc je vais dans les paramètres je change les paramètres, le programme est ouvert à la bonne taille , mais dès que je clique sur une fenêtre sa rechange!!!!!donc j'ai appelé heredis, Microsoft pour windows ils m'ont fait rechercher des mises à jour pour la carte graphique , la désinstaller, éteindre rallumer !!! je suis allée sur le site intel j'ai télécharger les nou

Change resolution without seeing

• Press Windows key on the keyboard
• Click on settings
• Go to Display
• Click on Advance display settings
• Change the resolution (1280x1024 recommended)

Try to boot into Safe Mode with Networking or Enable low-resolution video.

To enter into low-resolution mode
in Windows 10 in change the settings in it, follow the steps given below.

• Restart your PC.
• Press Shift + F8 before the Windows logo appears.
• Click See Advanced Repair Options.
• Click Troubleshoot.
• Click Advanced Options.
• Click Windows Startup Settings.
• Click Restart.

Screen Resolution too big

Firstly, try to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it fixes the issue.

I suggest you to change the screen resolution settings and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key and type Change Screen Resolution and click on the option listed.
• Under resolution try changing the resolution settings.

Also try to install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check.
