Windows 10: Resetting password after using account recovery code

Hi, I got locked out of my main Hotmail email account after entering the password several times. In the end, I entered the long Microsoft account recovery code. I have two step verification enabled. Am I still able to reset the password using the two step verification method two tries a day or do I have to Wait 30 days to try again to reset password?

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.
