Windows 10: Reset this PC on Windows 11 Home Insider Preview build 25931.1010

While on Windows 11 Home Insider Preview build 25931.1010, I have been unable to use Reset this PC on cloud download settings with an error message "There was a problem downloading" and error details reading "Unable to connect to the server. Check your connection and try again, or select the local reinstall option." I have had network adaptor issues in the past on this Asus TUF Gaming F17 where the network adaptor disconnects frequently while in use but connects after a system restart. I have checked the adaptor and it was operational when I tried to cloud reset. I have no idea what to try aft

Windows 11 Insider builds take an EXTREMELY long time to install

This is listed as know issue on Dev channel release announcement.

• Some users are experiencing longer than expected update times installing recent builds. We are actively investigating this issue.

Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22504.1010 - UPDATE FAILED

This may have same issue which is listed build 22504 release announcement as "know issue".

• Some devices may bugcheck with error code 0xc1900101-0x4001c when installing this build. If you hit this, after the device rolls back to the previous build, you may want to pause updates until we release a fix.
