The issue as per title, that Renamed Files and newly extracted files or Folders move to the Top left in Windows. I use Windows 11 Pro, 64bit, v 24H2, OS build 26100.2454.This is an ongoing issue that has plagued Windows Users for at least five years and is not yet resolved. The most common solutions I have seen still do not work for myself and many othersRenamed Files and newly extracted files or Folders move to the Top left in Windows :Disable OneDrive; orIn Windows Setting, Personalisation, Start, Disable turn off "Show recommended fles in Start, recent files in File Explorer, and items in Jump Lists"; orDisable "aligning to the grid"Come on Microsoft, get it sorted out

    Extracting Zip Files

Are the step-by-step processes identical? That is, the folder extracted from and the folder extracted to belong to the same hierarchical file system structure. If they are, that suggests mildly the Cumulative Update left an electron or two out of place.

  3. Extracting Zip Files

Thanks pyramid10 for your contribution, I ensured that the steps taken and the source and destination folders were the same, in the using zip7 as suggested by BunnyJ resolved all issues for me.
I am the first to admit that I am a long long way from understanding the intricacies of computers and if truth be told I am now to old anyway to absorb much information.
    Cheers.

    Folders with zip files

I have like 30 or more folders and everyone of them has only one single zip file.
How can I extract all zip files inside of all folders?
