Windows 10: Remove my son from family account

Hi, I have been in contact with the microsoft support who directed me here. My support cas nr is 1055412827, hopefylly you get all details from there. What I need your helt with is to remove Joar from one of my familygroups i have somehow two microsoft accounts so that you can move him to the one I use.Thanks in advance

• Make sure that your son’s account is a child account and not an adult account.
  
• Check if your son’s account is already part of another family group. If it is, then you need to remove it from that group first before adding it to your family group.
  
  - let him login to family.microsoft.com to check if he belongs to a family group or not
  
• Try adding your son’s account again after a few hours or days.

Family Safety not working on my son's account

I have checked, rechecked, reset, turned off, turned on the settings and set up the family multiple times before I even asked my question. I removed my son's account and added it again, and it did nothing.

Follow the steps below on how you can remove the child account from the Family:

• Using the child account, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/family.
• Click on Remove yourself under the child account.
• Click Remove to confirm.
• You will get an email confirmation that you have been removed from the family.
