Windows 10: Remote assistance from windows 8 to windows 10 PC

HiI am running windows 10 and wanted to get assistance from my friend running windows 8. So I opened "Windows Remote Assistance" on my PC running windows 10, clicked on "Invite someone you trust to help you", saved the invitation file and sent it to my friend running windows 8 together with the password.When he tried to connect using the file and password, I dont see his connection coming in at all. We waited for about 5 minutes and nothing happened.Then my friend put the trace on when he was trying to connect and he saw the following14:44:30.276000 IP 192.168.0.10.1655 > 192.168.1.40.6
