Windows 10: Registry error on boot up

So earlier today I was on my windows 10 PC when suddenly I got a blue screen error message with the error code being Registry error. So this has happened to me before and all I had to do is force shut down my pc and it was fixed. I tried that again today and when my pc booted up it happened again instantly I couldn't even boot into windows. I've tried to push F4 F8 and DEL and nothing has worked it booted up too fast! I also tried booting into Windows RE by force shifting and turning my pc on repeatedly 25 times and that didn't work either. Also after the Blue screen error message is done it j

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.

 

0xc0000225 boot error

For some odd reason when I turned on my computer today, I was greeted with the error 0xc0000225 stating that my NLS files were corrupt/missing. I am Running Vista x64 and so far have tried the following:

Replace NLS files
Windows repair utility
Restored an old working registry backup
Tried booting with different ram configurations
Created new BCD / Boot
Chkdsk


Google suggests something about apci, but my gigabyte ud3p doesn't have such an option (already vista compatible) and it seems to only occur to people who are initially installing and not people who already have a working copy.
