Windows 10: Registry editor pop up on every start Allow app to make change to your device

Lately, I have been encountering a pop up from Registry Editor on every start up. Program location: "C:\windows\regedit.exe /S "D:\Programs\FarCry3BloodDragon\Support\inst\add_regs.reg".Strangely, I don't have any FarCry3BloodDragon of other further folders in my Programs folder on disk D:\For some reason, I can't upload any image here, only getting an error "Something went wrong", therefore there will be no pictures.

Lately, I have been encountering a pop up from Registry Editor on every start up.

Program location: "C:/windows\regedit.exe" /s C:/windows\mf.reg

I have noticed that if I click on YES, my Task manger get disabled, and If click on NO, nothing happens.

But it keeps prompting me same message on start up.

Registry Editor Missing from Administrative Tools in Start menu

Interesting, I've just looked at mine and it's missing too....





...turns out that having it pinned to Start as a tile is what made it disappear for me. As soon as I unpinned it from start it was back in All apps.





Edit: then I was able to pin it to Start again without making it disappear from All apps - what an odd bug *What
