Windows 10: Redmi buds 5 gets disconnected when I take them out of the case

This happens on my Windows 11 Pro Laptop.I have Redmi buds 5, They're discoverable and seem to connect for Voice and Audio no problem, yet when I remove them from the case and put them in my ears they make no sound and shortly after will disconnect themselves while remaining paired.When I go to reconnect them, it prompts me with a message "that didn't work make sure your bluetooth device is still discoverable"

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

Windows 11 - galaxy buds showing up but not connecting.

Ensuring the proper pairing process can sometimes make a difference. Here's a step-by-step guide:

> Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned off and your Galaxy Buds are inside their charging case.

> Insert the Galaxy Buds into the charging case in the correct position.

> Close the case, and the battery indicator on the case should flash, indicating they are ready to pair.

> If the battery indicator doesn't flash, the buds might need a charge. Charge them for at least ten minutes before attempting to pair.

After that follow these steps to re-pair your Galaxy Buds:

> Press Windows + I key to open Settings.

> Click Bluetooth & Device.

> Turn on Bluetooth.

> Click "View more devices" and look for Galaxy Buds from Audio.

> If you find your Galaxy Buds in Audio click three-dots (...) and select "Remove device"

> Click "Add device".

> Select "Bluetooth".

> Now, open your Galaxy Buds case.

> Wait for the scan and look for Galaxy Buds in the list. Make sure it's in range.

> Pair Galaxy Buds.

Galaxy Buds Live won't stay connected to Windows 10

As the title suggestes my galaxy buds keep disconnecting from my windows 10 desktop computer. After the buds being connected for like 15 seconds, they always disconnect. Already updated everything to the latest
firmware on the buds, bluetooth device.

Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
