Windows 10: Redmi Airdots keeps getting disconnected

Hi,I have recently updated to the windows 10H2 version of windows 10 from chromeOS flex. The last time I was in windows 10, my airdots worked just fine. But recently when I am keeping it near my laptop it's connecting and staying connected. But when I wear it and turn on music or something, in one or two seconds, it just gets disconnected. I have tried using the phone and worked just fine even from one room to another. Also, when I use another Bluetooth headset on my laptop, it worked! So I am a little confused about the problem. My Redmi Airdots connected to my pc But no sound can be heard

I can't change anything because the box is only Realtek and no more.
please look at the picture. drivers of the Airdots are perfectly installed. I don't know that what's the problem?

My Redmi Airdots connected to my pc But no sound can be heard.The drivers are up to date and I do a lot of things but didn't work.Bluetooth can send file from pc to my phone and also headphone connet to my phone and work fine.Pc and Headphone can't connect together.What do I do?

 

audio issue

I encountered the following problem. When I connect my headphone - Redmi airdots via Bluetooth simultaneously with Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse, I face audio issues such as audio latency, disconnections etc. However when I disconnect the mouse, the system
is working OK. On another computer, these headphones and the mouse are working OK. When connecting the airpods and Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse, the system is working OK. So the issue occurs when Redmi airdots and Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse are working on this
device.
