    Hello,I am in a challenging situation where the hard drive is given to a technician to recover the data from the drive taken out from a computer. The drive was installed with Microsoft Window 11. The drive could not be decrypt because of the BitLocker Key and recover work could not proceed if the drive could not be decrypted. However, the computer is no longer able to turn on because the motherboard is damaged. Meanwhile, I suspect the BitLocker key was uploaded to an email address ID that I had shutdown 6 months ago. Microsoft's Email service no longer could find the email address when I try
