Windows 10: Recover back up from an external drive

Dear All,My Laptop had a problem with the screen and it needed to be changed, before taking it to the service center i backed it up on an external hard driveCan you please help me on how to recover from the hard drive?

• Type the name of the file you want to search on the search box and click Enter.

The file will show up in Search Results and you will be able to move it to the correct folder.
