Windows 10: Recent Uploads and Downloads on this computer

I mistakenly gave temporary access to my computer and I seek to find if any harmful products were downloaded or or any information was uploaded from my computer?

Program to upload or download bios from VGA card.

Hi,

Can anyone suggest me working application to upload or download bios from my VGA card? I am thinking to edit bios with Rabit.

List of currently or recently uploaded files?


Can I see a list of the currently uploading files from my desktop to onedrive, or files recently uploaded? All I found is the "x files remaining" status.

To better understand the issue please let us which program or application are you using to upload data.

Meanwhile I suggest you to try the methods below and see if it helps.

Method 1:

Uninstall and Reinstall the Network Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Network Adapter Drivers

• 
  Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
  
• 
  Search for the Network Adapter from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”.
  
  
• 
  On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and the restart the computer if prompted.
  

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.

Step 2: Check the Windows updates for any latest driver updates.
Check in Windows updates if any driver updates are available. If so, install the same and check if it helps.

  Press “Windows Logo” + “S” keys from the keyboard.
  
• 
  Type “Updates” in the search bar and click on the icon “Windows Update” from the search result.
  
• 
  On the “Windows Update” window, click on the link: “Check for updates” from the left hand side of the window to receive a fresh list of updates.
  
• 
  If the updates are available, then install all the updates listed there.
