    Receiving error Load Library Error:0015.LIB Code 1 and Error Code# 0007:00011


    I am trying to install an app on a Windows 10 PC, when ever I try to install I get SetupBuilder 10.0 [1] Load Library error: 0015.LIB Code 1 and Error Code 0007:00011. Any ideas on what is causing this, and how to get past it?

    BIOS error codes

    So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

    Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

    Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

    ok, sorry, my system crashed, I was experiencing odd error that seemingly went away when I made some cabling adjustments, but it would be nice to see what this means, and to be specific , after a crash and reboot, if you go to administrative screens in the control panel and look at the error log, you would find all the reported errors. This one was repeating and if someone speaks code.. I would be delighted to know what it says. thanks
