Windows 10: Reason for the account restriction since 7/11/21

Hi, I have been a long time user of Microsoft & windows computers, laptops & I even had one of the phones, as well as having 3 of the xbox players.For some reason my account has been restricted & I'm not allowed to add or make a comment on any type of media related to MSN.I have both my original email, my works email & other emails linked to my current laptop. I can see no reason for the restriction, there has never been any information sent to me in regards being restricted. I do not believe I have ever broken any of the guidelines at any time.Is there any way someone could ta

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Unable to set restriction for local user in Windows 10

  How did you noticed that user is still able to access the drive?

  Did you log into the local user account and check the permission?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below to restrict the user.

• In File Explorer, right click on the drive which you want to restrict.
• Click Properties.
• Click the Security tab.
• Click on Edit to change the permissions.
• Uncheck all the permission for system.
• Click OK and make sure the change is applied to all subfolders and files.
