Windows 10: Realtek USB Audio doesn't produce sound, how will it work?

I bought new speakers, Logitech z407, and tried to connect them via aux with my PC. They show up in my audio list as Realtek USB Audio, but don't produce any sound. I connected the cable to other sources, my Nintendo Switch, and it did produce sound. Does anybody know what i need to do so my new speakers will work?My audio drivers are already up to date, so that cannot be the problem.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Hi,

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.

Audio doesn´t work aftter connecting headphones

Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
headphones.
