Windows 10: Realtek Audio Driver Error 0001

Hello, I have a problem regarding this Realtek Audio Driver. I noticed that when I'm playing some games, the sound seems a bit low to me, games that I played that I noticed has a low volume is Skyrim and The Witchers 3, but when I play other games or watch YouTube it sounds normal. So when I search the Internet, some says that I need to update the Audio Driver, and so I did. I tried to update the Realtek Audio Driver, to the latest I found in the Intel website Audio-Win10_Win11-6.0.9360.1. When I run the installation, it uninstalled my current realtek driver and my mistake is I didn't write

I Keep Getting Realtek Audio Driver Failure Error Code 0001 No Driver Supported In This Driver Package But The Thing Is Before I Could Delete Realtek From My Device Manager Reset And It Would Be There Now It Is Not There And Has Not Reinstalled Itself. Is There Any Fix To This

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

I can't find a way to disable secure boot.
I have a DG41WV mobo and it doesn't have this option under security, boot, advanced tabs.
Am i missing something?
