Windows 10: Re-enabled Microsoft realm subscription, but it created a new realm without my stored data.

Hello, like the title says, I had an inactive Minecraft realm for 10 players. I went to reenable the server by paying the monthly fee, and when I clicked on the realm, and added my credentials in the Microsoft website, it then created a NEW realm instead of just reinstating my old existing one. It did not transfer any of my data, and is asking my to buy ANOTHER realm so my old one can be run. I worry if I do this, it will once again create a brand new realm without my old realm data.I would like the current realm I have to be transferred, or to receive a refund as I did not ask for a new realm

I purchased a subscription for Minecraft realms then I tried to extend it and it went through but purchased a new realm instead how can i extend my realm or switch to the new subscription where do I upload my world backup? I am playing on Minecraft for

Minecraft realms comes with two types of subscription. Depending on the device you’re playing on, you can choose either a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription.



With a one-time purchase, you can create a one-month or a six-month Realm. These one-time purchases are non-refundable and will not renew automatically once they expire. With a recurring subscription, you’ll be charged automatically
every 30 days, until you cancel the subscription.



If you have a subscription with a Microsoft account (for Xbox One), you can manage your subscription within

Can't renew Minecraft Realms subscription

Hi,

I called your support team and also contacted Mojang support on this. My internet connection is fine, I do not have a firewall, and all of my settings on Xbox live are set to allow. I tried to start my Realm with Minecraft and was told there was a connection
issue between the Mojang app and the Windows store. My Realms subscription has expired and will not renew, though it is supposed to be set to renew each month. The Minecraft (bedrock edition) app is telling me since I purchased the app from the Windows store,
I need to renew my Realms subscription through the Windows store. However, even though the purchase history is shown, Realms is not found when I search the Windows store to renew my subscription (the Windows store support could not find it either). Is there
a problem between Mojang and Microsoft regarding Realms?
