Windows 10: RDP stops with error code 0x3 0x11

Hello,I noticed an issue with the RDP connection to my home PC about a week ago. The error code is 0x3 extended error code is 0x11.While checking the solution online, I reinstalled the GPU driver, disabled the RDP and re-enabled it, uninstalled the Microsoft Display Adapter, etc.The issue is still the same.Related to Microsoft Remove Display Adapter, I see in the eventviewer, it is installed since 2025.04.11. This is about the same time, when I noticed the problem first time.It shows errors as well, related to starting problemevice SWD\RemoteDisplayEnum\RdpIdd_IndirectDisplay&Se

RDP port 3389 stopped listening.


RDP port 3389 just stopped listening after some of the updates, netstat -an command doesn't list it.
Remote Desktop Service is displayed as Running, but Event Viewer has following error:

Remote Desktop Service start failed. The relevant status code was 0x80070721.

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

I reinstalled the Graphics driver and disabled the RDP from windows settings, Then enabled RDP again and tested it is working.
