Windows 10: RCA Laptop Issue

Dear Microsoft Employee,I got an error message when I tried to erase everything off the laptop and the message stated, "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." and the every time I press “OK” it repeats the same message over and over and over again.I already tried restarting it every possible way, but everything I tried failed. I wanted to ask if there is anything you guys can do, to fix it.Thank you for your time,Mark K

RCA W101v2 Audio stopped after a Windows 10 update

The tablet's manufacturer (RCA) does not have an updated audio driver - in fact they don't have any audio drivers for my model. In any case, I would expect the audio driver to be made by someone else, not by RCA. But I don't know how to find that someone
else. There are no audio or sound devices listed in the Device Manager. I'm open to suggestions on how to find out who made it.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
