Windows 10: Random freezes during gaming with new GPU

I have today swapped to a new GPU, i used to have a Sapphire Vega 56 Pulse with Vega 64 bios, i have changed to a Sapphire RX 6950 XT Nitro not the pure version, just nitro one. I have gotten 2 BSOD's used to get them before but rather not that often, it is not like a BSOD but more of a crash rather than a BSOD, the system just froze and i had to power it down from the power button. I had only exited from the game Wolfenstein TNO and was browsing chrome, tried to alt tab to steam when i crashed. Only changes I have made in AMD Adrenalin is the power draw set to 20% and a fan curve t

Random freezes or shut downs

Completely random freezing/shutdowns on a system with no recent hardware changes, and hard drive, memory, and PSU fine, usually means a software issue (file corruption or malicious software). I suggest following DavidV's recommendations.

when I bought this PC in 2 months ago everything was OK

note: all Temperatures in the Perfect Ranges
