Ralink bluetooth pcie adapter + Windows 10

Hello Team,

I am using hp pavilion 14-e006tu and I have a serious problem with bluetooth device driver. When my laptop was running on Windows 8 everything was working fine and after upgrading to Windows 10 I found only one issue with bluetooth device.

I can see Bluetooth hardware (Ralink bluetooth pcie adapter) under device manager but couldn't find Bluetooth section under Settings->Devices. I am not able to turn my Bluetooth ON or OFF.

Please provide any fix for this asap. I will be a great help as I am struggling for this from many days.

We'll definitely want to check if Windows can see your Ralink Wi-Fi receiver by checking Device Manager. To access Device Manager, press and hold (or right-click) the Start button, then select Device Manager from the context menu.

From Device Manager, navigate to the Network adapters option and click on the arrow next to it. This should expand the list and display all of your Network adapters, including the Ralink Wi-Fi receiver if there is no issues with the device. If you do not see
the Ralink Wi-Fi receiver listed, it is either not installed properly or you may have a defective Ralink Wi-Fi receiver.

I would recommend visiting the manufacturer's website and downloading the latest available software/driver package for your Ralink Wi-Fi receiver.

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• What is the model number of the Ralink
  Wi-Fi card?
  

• Is the Wi-Fi router close to the computer?

Also, try updating the network driver from the Device manager.

1. Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select
   Device manager from the context menu.
2. Expand Network adapters and locate the network adapter in the window.
3. Right click on the wireless adapter and select Update this software from the context menu.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the update to complete.
5. After the software update is complete, close the window and check if the changes are effective.
