Windows 10: Quicken Pdf Driver

I have Quicken 2006 and when trying to print reports I get error message about pdf printer driver is not connected. I was successful last month in printing a report, but this month it won't print.

For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.

1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
2. Are you able to save a Word document as PDF?

I would suggest you to refer the article

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, follow the procedure below:

1. Log in to your computer as an Administrator. If you are unable to log in to your computer as an Administrator, contact your system administrator for assistance.
   
2. Press Windows + E key to open
   File Explorer. ​Locate the Quicken folder on your computer. By default, the Quicken folder is installed in
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\.
   
3. Double-click to open the PDFdrv folder and double-click the
   installPDFConverter.exe file.
   
4. Click OK when the install is complete.
   
5. Open Quicken and print to a PDF file to verify this option works.
   

In addition, I would suggest you to check if there are any update patches for Quicken through the application. Refer the article

Quicken ID not recognized in Quicken 2019 after 1903 update

• When you say, “Quicken 2019 will no longer recognize Quicken” what happens when you try to sign in to Quicken 2019?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code? If yes, what is the error message/code?

Windows 10 Error Code 2503 comes up when uninstalling Quicken. Unable to uninstall quicken. How do I correct this problem?

• How did you try to uninstall Quicken?

Kindly try the steps below and check if this helps.

• Using the Windows search feature, look for Control Panel.
• Click Control Panel Desktop app to open.
• Choose Programs.
• Under Programs and Features, click on Uninstall a Program.
• Find Quicken in the list of programs. They are alphabetically ordered. Highlight it by clicking on it once.
  
• Click on Uninstall at the top of the list and follow through the prompts until the program is removed.
  

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to contact Quicken support regarding this matter for assistance.
