Windows 10: Questions about the Dell XPS 15 9575 drivers

I have a Dell XPS 15 2in1 9575 running Windows 10 version 21H2. At the moment it's graphics card drivers always drop as soon as the installation is finished, I don't know what it's because of. The contents of the Setupapi.dev.log file, read from the %Systemroot%/INF folder, are as follows, and I would appreciate any help from an engineer to explain the contents. I'd like to know what the status of these logs are, thanks PS: I have thought it was a system problem and reinstalled Windows 10 1909, 20H2, 21H2 and even Windows 11 21H2, and still have the problem. Dell consistently listed the XPS 15's memory as 'integrated'. After browsing through the service manual, we didn't find a section on replacing or upgrading the memory. Therefore, it's safe to say that the XPS 15 (9575) comes with memory soldered to the PCB. This shouldn't be a let down for most consumers as 16GB of RAM is more than sufficient by today's standards. However, prosumers might want to hold off for now until a 32GB SKU is released.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the hardware and device troubleshooter
to check and fix issues with hardware and devices.
Refer these steps:

Method 2: Update the touchscreen drivers manually from the Device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

1.Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select
