Windows 10: Question wireless display problem

Hello,
I have windows 10 1909 and Im trying to use the wireless display
i can connect my android phone to the laptop and i can connect android to the smart tv too but i cant connect the laptop to the smart tv
the tv appears to connect and shows " Ready to play " while laptop disconnects while attempting to connect
i updated drivers for my both graphics card and wifi adapter
dxdiag shows that i have miracast with hdcp
i reset my wlan card and reinstalled the drivers

windows 10 latest update
geforce mx150 - intel uhd 620 built in
ram 16 gb
i7 8550u
smart tv:
Astra43" FHD
android phone:
samsung s10
