Windows 10: Qualcomm network adapter error 12

Recently, i was using my desktop, and at one point or another I got a bsod, I believe it was system exception, but now my network adapter is both giving me error code 12 not enough available resources for this device and making me do a restart loop saying I have to restart to apply changes.

That just added two Bluetooth devices to the list in device manager. It still seems random if the wireless network adapter works or not.

Furthermore, I noticed a new kind of behavior: After booting the computer everything was working, then suddenly I lost my internet connection. I checked device manager, and the wireless network adapter display error code 10: This device cannot start. I rebooted,
and it's back to error code 12 again.

Can you explain this behavior? Should I perhaps attempt a system restore?

I checked Packard Bells website and I don't see any Qualcomm device drivers listed for this model:

Press Windows key + X

Click Device Manager

Expand Network adapters

Right click the Qualcomm Atheros adapter

Click Properties

Copy the Hardware ID

You can also try downloading the driver from the Microsoft Update Catalog, save it to a thumb drive, then copy it to the Packard Bell.
