Windows 10: Purging OneDrive

I recently found out my personal files were being saved to OneDrive without my knowledge or permission. When I went into my computer's OneDrive File to remove everything, I had to dig everything out of the Recycling Bin. How do I remove Files from OneDrive without this happening and how do I permanently remove OneDrive from my computer?

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

 

How To Purge OneDrive From Just One Windows Account?

i use OneDrive with my non-admin account. Works great.

I don't use OneDrive with my Admin account, but i noticed a OneDrive folder in the Admin account (called Boomy) consumes over 200 MB.

C:\Users\Boomy\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive

How can i purge OneDrive from that Admin account, without disrupting OneDrive in the non-Admin account? Can i just delete the above dir?
